Be a fortunate one to perform the Abhishek of the Lord this Janmashtami.
Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita - patraṁ puṣpaṁ phalaṁ toyaṁ yo me bhaktyā prayacchati - If one offers Me with love and devotion a leaf, a flower, a fruit or water, I will accept it.
The Lord is so merciful that He accepts even a simple offering of water or a leaf given with devotion. Why wouldn't He accept an Abhishek done for His pleasure with the same devotion?
